Power Down Hosting – Minecraft Server Development Terms of Service (ToS)

By purchasing Minecraft Server Development services from Power Down Hosting, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Development Requests

• All Minecraft Server Development requests should be made through an official Discord Support Ticket.

• Project discussions, requirements, updates, and approvals will be handled through the ticket to ensure proper communication and record keeping.

2. Development Timeline

• An estimated completion time will be provided in your Discord ticket after reviewing your project requirements.

• The development timeline begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received.

  • All necessary project details have been provided.

• If the customer causes delays by changing requirements, responding late, failing to provide required information, or delaying approvals, the completion date may be extended.

• Power Down Hosting is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.

3. Payment Policy

• 100% advance payment is required before development begins.

• No development work will start until the full payment has been successfully received.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate project requirements.

• Providing any files or resources that are specifically requested for the project.

• Supplying any premium (paid) plugins, premium configurations, or licensed resources that they wish to be included in their server.

Power Down Hosting already maintains its own collection of development resources, free plugins, and configurations. Customers are only required to provide resources that are premium, licensed, or specifically purchased for their project.

5. Premium Plugins & Licensed Resources

• If your project requires a paid plugin, premium configuration, or any other licensed resource, it is your responsibility to purchase and provide it.

• Power Down Hosting does not purchase premium plugins or licenses on behalf of customers.

• All premium resources must be legally owned by the customer before they can be used in the project.

6. Bug Fixing Warranty

• Once the development is marked as completed, Power Down Hosting provides 7 days of complimentary bug fixing.

• During this period, any bugs directly related to our development will be fixed at no additional cost.

7. Bug Fixing Limitations

The complimentary bug-fixing period does not cover:

• New feature requests.

• Additional development work.

• Design or configuration changes requested after delivery.

• Issues caused by software updates or third-party plugins.

• Problems resulting from modifications made by anyone other than Power Down Hosting.

8. Customer Modifications

• If the customer or a third party modifies the server, plugins, configurations, or project files during development or after delivery, Power Down Hosting will not be responsible for any resulting issues.

• If unauthorized changes interfere with the ongoing development process, we reserve the right to pause or stop development until the issue is resolved.

• Any damage or issues caused by customer modifications are the customer's responsibility.

9. Refund Policy

• All Minecraft Server Development services are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued once development has started.

• No refunds will be provided if development is delayed due to customer actions or if development is interrupted because of unauthorized modifications made by the customer.

10. Additional Work

Any work outside the originally agreed scope—including additional features, new systems, major revisions, or new plugin integrations—may require additional charges and an updated delivery timeline.

11. Communication

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the development process. Power Down Hosting reserves the right to suspend services in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing Minecraft Server Development services from Power Down Hosting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
